Hot stones are placed on top of and under your body before and after massage. The stones are also used to massage you. The heat from the stones softens your muscles allowing them to relax and become free of tension and pain. Two types of massage are available depending on your needs; Swedish (light), and deep tissue (heavy). Sessions last 60 or 90 minutes.
